Terms of Service

By using BirdieBudz ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use BirdieBudz. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share your account credentials with others.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Post false, misleading, or spam content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (tee times, posts, profile information). By posting content, you grant BirdieBudz a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the App to other users based on your visibility settings.

5. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data, posts, and associated content. This cannot be undone.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to other users or the service.

7. Disclaimers

BirdieBudz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of course information, tee time availability, or any user-submitted content. We are not responsible for interactions between users, including tee times arranged through the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BirdieBudz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
