Do my golfers need to download anything?
Yes — golfers use the free BirdieBudz app (iOS). They enter your bev cart code to access the menu and book tee times. The app is free for golfers.
What does my cart attendant need?
They download the BirdieBudz app and you invite them as staff from your dashboard. They toggle into Cart Attendant mode and see incoming orders with hole numbers on their phone.
Do you take a cut of my green fees or bev cart sales?
No. You keep 100% of your green fees and bev cart revenue. BirdieBudz charges a flat monthly subscription ($99 or $149). We also keep 15% of cancellation fees we collect on your behalf.
What if someone claims my course who isn't authorized?
Every course claim is manually verified by our team. We call the clubhouse directly to confirm the person requesting access is authorized before granting dashboard access.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — no contracts, no cancellation fees. Your dashboard stays active through the end of your billing period. Cancel from your Stripe billing portal anytime.
